Join community development professionals from around the state for two days of training in beautiful Bay City. We have very exciting topics for you this year including: HUD, Section 3 and Fair Housing, Veterans Housing, Health issues surrounding lead and other toxins, repurposing your communities' historical assets and much more.
For those who wish to arrive early on Wednesday October 5, there will be walking tour of the new development, Uptown Bay City.

  • Early rate payment must be post-marked or received by 9/9 (if not received, you will be invoiced for the regular rate)
