Join community development professionals from around the state for two days of training in the heart of Detroit! We have very exciting topics for you this year including M-1 Rail, Missing Middle Housing, Community Benefit Agreements, NSP Closeout, Subrecipient Requirements for the Super Circular, Asbestos, Hot Water, and much more!

For those who wish to arrive early on Wednesday September 30; there will be bike tour along the Detroit River, a tour of Eastern Market and educational networking at the Detroit City Distillery inside Eastern Market!

The annual board meeting and reception will be held at the Punch Bowl Social right downtown Detroit!
