Please join MCDA, the Michigan Housing Rehabilitation Network (MHRSN) and Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) for a FREE day of training at Treetops in Gaylord. Our first Small Contractor Technical Assistance Opportunity Program (SCTAOP) conference agenda includes sessions that are ideal for both municipal staff and small contractors. Sessions will include interactive training on large and small housing rehabilitation program best practices, the Buy4Michigan program, how to smoothly operate housing rehabilitation programs and tips to encourage small contractors to bid on municipal projects. Plenty of networking opportunities for grantees and contractors will also be available.
