Please join the Michigan Community Development Association (MCDA), the Michigan Housing Rehabilitation Network (MHRSN) and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) for a FREE day of training at the View (located in the Lansing Lugnuts Stadium) in Lansing, MI for our second Small Contractor Technical Assistance Opportunity Program (SCTAOP) conference on Thursday, May 19, 2016.

The agenda includes sessions that are ideal for both municipal staff and small contractors such as interactive training on bidding practices, job specifications, how to smoothly operate housing rehabilitation programs and tips to encourage small contractors on how to successfully bid on municipal projects. A day of networking opportunities for grantees and contractors with lunch included!
