The last MCDA conference of 2013 will feature a full day of HOME Final Rule training from expert trainer Monte Franke. Other topics will include a facilitated discussion on Moving CDBG Forward, Confidentiality Policies, Dealing with Difficult Program Clients, Environmental Reviews, Heating Systems and Environmental Concerns. As always, there will be updates from HUD and MSHDA and time to network with your peers.

MCDA is pleased to return to the James B. Henry Center for Executive Development, where the March conference was held. This wonderful facility boasts cutting-edge audiovisual tools, comfortable seating, delicious meals and snacks and free parking.
