Join community development professionals from around the state for two days of training in downtown Traverse City! We have very exciting topics for you this year including Redevelopment Ready Communities, Historic Preservation, Deconstruction, Indoor Radon, Site Modifications with UPCS, and learn about the latest on Traverse City's redevelopment efforts!

For those who wish to arrive on Wednesday September 17; there will be a discussion over wine on Affordable Housing in the Grand Traverse Area at Leelanau Cellars!

Annual board meeting and reception will be held at the City Opera House right downtown Traverse City!

If you want to turn the conference into a beautiful weekend getaway, The Park Place is giving MCDA members who stay with them for the conference a special rate to stay through the weekend!
